The Westside Family Resource and Empowerment Center(WFREC) is staffed by experienced parents and family members of individuals with disabilities or special needs diagnoses. Through personal experience and extensive training, staff are equipped to provide information and navigational support to families who have a child or loved one— of any age— with a disability, chronic illness or special learning need. We also provide resources and training to educators, professionals, and community members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of best practices related to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
